A thousand apologies for being MIA the past 1 month? It's been so long, i've lost count of the days that've gone by. Sighs.. Time's flying too fast!
Well, for the times that i've not been blogging, i've been tied up with tonnes of things.. I'm amazed with the crazy amount of things that's happened, i managed to get thru it alive. hehe.. =)
On the last week of the hols, we had Orientation and the Round Island Tour for all the Exchange Students. It was tiring but definitely entertaining. As usual, the ice doesn't break till after the ice-breaking session. In fact, the ice-breaking was -10 degrees freezing cold. Interaction among the students and buddies were pretty dead. Things however, improved slightly over the days.. For 1 simple reason.... there was an eye candy for me to indulge on!! hahaha.. =P This Finnish guy who shall be known as "Chad" (name changed to protect his identity. lol.. ) looked exactly like Chad Michael Murray!!!! So.. every now and then, when we are bored, (did i tell u the Buddies only had gals during orientation? But anyways, the 'we' here refers to only me n joe. hahaha), will scan the room for Chad... and stare.... aahhh... wat a relief for sore tired eyes. =P This went on for the first 2 days, and then he began to "feel" the attention he was getting, so we had to "control". hahaha... Like that's gonna be easy. =D

Then came the Round Island trip. It was sucky. It rained the moment we arrived at our first destination - Penang Hill. -.-" Can u imagine queueing, squeezing into the tram/cable car/watever u called tht transport just to reach the peak n look at a brilliant rainy view of Penang. Ooh.. interesting! Yay! Sigh.. Wonder wat i'd felt if i were the students. Then we headed to Little India, n tht's where i learnt that me hands are huge. Like REALLY HUGE. (i mean among gals) My hands couldn't fit into those Indian bangles!! Actually broke one of the glass bangles in one of the unlucky shop. Luckily the lady boss was nice.. and i'd only broken one. hehehe... Later, we finally arrived at Batu Ferringhi. The famous Pg beach. Bcos it rained in the morning, by the time we were at the beach, the weather was perfect. Too bad, i din get to play in the sea. Cos there was really nothing to do there when u r broke. The jet-skis were freakin RM50 for 2 ppl n for only 20mins! Like.. wat de?! (i'm poor k, so i feel the pinch!) Sighs.. It all ended well anyways. Made lotsa new acquaintances.. which is all that matters! haha..

Then school began. Registering for courses was one hell of a feat. With the walking, waiting, running, queuing, talking, n cracking of the head, those 2 days of registering for just that 7 courses was mentally, emotionally, n physically exhausting. Worser still, i have to repeat all of that thrice to help 7 more exchange students register courses! All bcos they had the privilege to come later than the rest. All the walking around in this super sunny island ended up with me turning charcoal black tanned. Sighs... Now i have 3 diffrerent tones on just my arms!!! (Let's not even talk about my entire body) Eeee... disgusting!

Sleepy ends up with Chad and both of them skips happily among a daffodil field and he plucks a bunch and gives to her and then they reach a...patch of yellow daisies and he picks one and places it on her ear and then the birds circle them and chirp happily and then a unicorn swoops down and flies them off to the castle among the clouds where Carebears live and they live happily ever after.

I can so see Disney buying that story and making it into a big time animation cartoon soon! lol =D
